Webb Lab Members train at Mount Sinai Stem Cell Engineering Core

Norman Liu and Sophia Salemi spent a month at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City with Dr. Samuele Marro's Lab and the Stem Cell Engineering Core learning how to work with stem cells as well as differentiate them into neurons. Through this intensive bootcamp, they learned to culture stem cells, differentiate nuerons, and harvest primary mouse glia. With this knowledge, the Webb Lab plans to start stem cells work at out home base in Madison!
